Technical Support

Our IT support allows unlimited access to our technical support Help Desk for software and diagnostic advice.

We provide pre-booked, on-site support with our IT technicians, however, often find most IT issues, are software related and can be resolved through either, online remote access or guidance via telephone. 

Remote technical support is where our IT engineers provide on-line technical support by controlling your system remotely. This can also be used to provide diagnostic support and troubleshoot IT problems in real time. It is an effective and efficient method and designed to be fully secure, whereby our support team will only have access to your systems on your approval, whilst you can see the work they complete on your computer. 

Requests for IT support can be raised via phone, email or through our 24/7 online help desk, (EDITH). We have quick response rates to support tickets raised, with a maximum wait time of four hours within normal office hours. and if subsequent action is required, this will be arranged by mutual agreement.
