As a result of various conversations between both parties, it has been agreed that with effect from the 1st December 2022, it would be mutually beneficial for PLMC to become part of EDGE IT Systems Limited.

Under this exciting merger agreement, I am delighted to have been appointed as Management Consultant for EDGE trading as EDGE PLMC Consultancy Services (EPCS).

As I have been doing for the last 14 years at PLMC, I will have total responsibility for running the EPCS consultancy business. As such, this will ensure a seamless transition from PLMC to EPCS.

So, with effect from 1st December, 2022, please redirect all emails you would previously have sent to peter.plmc@outlook.com to peter@edgeITsystems.com instead.

For any work performed for you from 1st December, 2022, invoices will be sent from EDGE IT Systems, on which you will find the bank details required by you to make payment.
