Julie joined EDGE in 2020, bringing 20 years of experience as a Parish Clerk and a background in IT. As a first-line product support specialist and AdvantEDGE Product Consultant, she provides expert guidance to our local council customers. Alongside her role at EDGE, Julie works as a locum clerk and internal auditor, ensuring her sector knowledge remains up to date. She particularly enjoys collaborating with our development team, helping to shape product enhancements based on customer needs.
Since joining EDGE, Julie has completed an MA in Public Leadership and Management and in her free time, she enjoys walking with her family and three dogs.

Louise joined EDGE in 2020 after serving as a Clerk and RFO for her local council. She has continued as RFO, whilst providing first-line AdvantEDGE support and training for our Finance, Allotments, and Facilities customers. She also hosts webinars and is the familiar face you will often see manning the stand at council conferences, so be sure to say hello if you see her!
With hands-on experience using our Allotments, Finance, and Epitaph software within her council, Louise has a keen eye for detail, especially when tackling tricky bank reconciliations.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her husband and dog along the Kennet and Avon Canal Towpath and spending as much time as possible on her beloved narrowboat.
