I found the mail merge facility on EDGE’s allotment software was a great opportunity to communicate more effectively with our 140+ allotment holders.
There are options to print a list and check off letters/ emails as they print/send. It enables us to easily inform people about inspections, competitions, etc and advise on other matters such as bonfires and annual rental fees. A letter can be sent to an individual, holders from just one of the Council’s allotments sites or to everyone, so the options available can be tailored to the given situation.
