Facilities version 11.18 released

The primary change is the introduction of a “Custom” tab on the Customer data entry form and the Booking form. This tab offers numeric and note fields that the client can rename to whatever they want via Maintenance/ Configuration/ Customers and Bookings. These fields can then be printed via the “Custom Report” drop down on the Booking form. “Custom Reports” is a chargeable service that provides bespoke reports with whatever design the customer requires. We have used this for Pontypool Community Council for their Task Force service for printing application forms for their handyman, decorating and gardening. We can add this “Custom” feature to our other modules when required.
